Depuis que les familles et les clans de la multitude humaine sont sortis de la forêt ils se sont organisés en fermes, villages, cités, empires, féodalités et en Etats modernes. Sociétalement, le Sommet Mondial sur la Société de l'Information, et technologiquement la RFC 6852 sont parvenus à un consensus sur une gouvernance en multipartenariat des Etats, de la société civile, du secteur privé et des organisations internationales, et sur un paradigme moderne de standardisation où l'économie des marchés mondiaux, alimentée par les avancées technologiques, entraîne le déploiement mondial de normes qui, quel que soit leur statut officiel, découlent de l'existence, et contribuent ensuite à la création, de communautés mondiales profitant à l'humanité.

Since the families and clans of the human multitude have come out of the forest they have organized themselves into farms, villages, cities, empires, feudalism and modern States. Societally, the World Summit on the Information Society, and technologically RFC 6852 reached a consensus on multi-stakeholder governance of States, civil societies, the private sector and international organizations, and on the terms of a modern standardization paradigm where the economics of global markets, fueled by technological advancements, drive global deployment of standards that, regardless of their formal status, proceed from the existence, and then contribute to the creation, of global communities benefitting humanity.

Trois manières de considérer l'univers numérique existent alors :

• "cybernétique" : gérer son enaction selon ses propres critères à partir des perceptions collectées. (processus monolectique).
• "télématique" : utiliser celle de chacun des systèmes interlocuteurs accèdés. (processus dialectique).
• "multimatique" : celle de la sapience, commun des savoirs partagés et des pratiques consensuelles de la multitude, s'appuyant sur une modelisation architectonique (architectonie) ouverte, commune au "plus humain" et au "plus machina", ou sur celle de votre communauté globale (qui peut être une architectonie ouverte enrichie des aspects spéciques qui lui sont propres). En tant que :

• exploitant : le fermier qui a développé son cheptel et imaginé le commerce.
• technicien agricole devenant vétérinaire?
• convive : achetant les produits de la ferme pour sa meilleure cuisine.

Three ways to consider the digital universe then exist:
